Green Chicken Pulao

Do Try this  Quick Recipe for a Tasty & Healthy One Pot Meal ! Ingredients :   Medium Size Chicken Pieces - 500 Grams Basmati Rice - 1 Cup (250 Grams) Thinly Sliced Onions - 2 Medium Size Handful of Coriander Leaves Handful of Mint Leaves Green Chillies - 6-7 Ginger - 3 Inch Piece Garlic Pods - 6-7 Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp Curd - 2 Tsp Salt - As per Taste Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsp Biryani Pulao Masala - 2 Tsp Khada Garam Masala  Pinch of Turmeric Powder Bay Leaf - 2  Oil - 3-4 Tsp Method : 1. In a Mixer Jar grind Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Garlic Pods & Ginger to a fine Paste with very little water. 2. Transfer this Paste to a Mixing bowl. Add Salt, Curd, Lemon Juice, Coriander Powder, pinch of Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Biryani Pulao Masala & Marinate the Chicken in this for at least 15 minutes. 3. Heat some Oil in the Pressure Cooker. Add in some Khada Garam Masala & Bay leaf.  4. Add Slices Onions and Saute it till the Onions turn Brown.

Eggless Banana Sponge Cake

 Spongy..Soft & Delicious Tea Time Cake..A No fail Recipe with Perfect Measurements !! Ingredients :   1 Medium Size Banana/2 Small Size Bananas Plain Flour (Maida) - 1 Cup Wheat Flour - 1 Cup Refined Oil/Ghee/Butter - 1/2 Cup Milk at room temperature. 3-4 Drops of Vanilla Essence  Sugar - 1 Cup Regular Eno - 1 Sachet 6-8 Inch Cake Tin/Round Aluminium Vessel Method : 1. Blend the Bananas & Sugar in a Mixer Jar to a Smooth Paste. Take it out in a Mixing Bowl. 2. Add Oil in it and Mix well till it is well Combined.  3. Now start adding the Plain flour & Wheat flour gradually.  4. Add Vanilla Essence. Gradually add Milk while checking the Consistency of the Cake Batter. It should be in Ribbon Consistency.   Note : Mix the Batter slowly in one direction with cut and fold method. Do not over mix.  4. Eggless version of Caramel Custard...Try this Delicious Dessert with just a few Ingredients !  Ingredients : Bread Slices - 5 Milk - 1/2 Litre Sugar -  1. 4-5 Tsp for Caramel  2. 1/2 Cup for Pudding Custard Powder - 5 Tsp 6-8 Inch Tin/Wide Bowl Method : 1. Heat a Pan and add Sugar to it. Keep Stirring on low flame till the Sugar melts. Keep mixing until the color changes to Golden Brown and take it out in a Bowl/Tin. Note : Do not allow it to burn as it will give a Bitter taste. 2. Remove the edges of the Bread slices and cut into small pieces. Grind it in a Mixer to a fine powder. (Do not use the edges) 3. Heat Milk in a Sauce Pan. Let it boil. Mix Custard Powder in little water to form a lump free paste.  4. Add this mixture to the Milk little by little while Stirring Continuously. Add Sugar. Ingredients : Chicken Lollipop Pieces - 8 Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp Salt - As per Taste Chilli Powder - 4-5 Tsp Plain Flour ( Maida ) - 1-4 Cup Cornflour - 1/4 Cup Black Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp Soya Sauce - 2 Tsp Method : 1. Prepare a Marinade with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce, little Salt, Pinch of Black Pepper Powder & Chilli Powder. Rich & Creamy..Yummy & Delicious...Try this Mouth Watering Recipe of Shrikhand :) Ingredients : Thick Curd (Dahi) - 2 Cups Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup/Adjust as per taste Handful of Chopped Dry fruits (Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews, Raisins) Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp Milk - 2-3 tsp Method : 1. Keep a Muslin Cloth on a Strainer with a vessel below it to collect the excess water. Pour the Curd on it. Now Tie the cloth with a knot tightly, place it on that Strainer and keep the vessel in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours. 2. Excess Water gets collected in the Vessel and Thick hung curd is left in the cloth. 3. Transfer the Hung curd in a Mixing Bowl and mix it well with the help of a Whisk to remove any of the remaining lumps of Curd. Gradually add in the Powdered Sugar and little milk to adjust the Consistency.  4. Add the Chopped Dry fruits, Cardamom Powder and mix well.     Note : You can add Dry fruits of your choice. 5. Ingredients : Bread Slices - 4 Salted Butter at room Temperature - 3 Tsp Black Pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp Finely Chopped garlic - 2 pods Oregano - 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies - 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 Tsp Chilli flakes - 1/4 Tsp Grated Cheese - 2 cubes Method : 1. In a bowl add Butter, Black Pepper powder, Oregano, Green Chillies, Garlic, Coriander leaves, Chilli flakes and mix well. 2. Apply a Generous amount of this mixture on the Bread Slices.  3. Try these Delicious and Yummy Coconut Chutney Recipes that are easy to make with Readily available Ingredients. Red Coconut Chutney  Ingredients :  Scraped Coconut - 1 Cup Chilli Powder - 2-3 Tsp/Adjust as per taste Salt - As per taste 2 Garlic pods Pinch of Jeera  Tamarind - Small piece Mustard seeds Curry leaves Pinch of hing (Asafoetida) Oil for tempering Method : 1. In a Mixer Jar add Coconut, Chilli powder, garlic pods, Jeera, Salt, tamarind and grind it to a smooth paste with the help of some water. Check and adjust the salt and Chilli Powder. Note : Add water gradually. 2. Heat a Tempering pan and add oil to it. Once the oil is heated add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add curry leaves and hing and Immediately switch of the gas flame. Pour it in the chutney and cover the Chutney with a lid. Note : Keep the gas flame low and do not allow the tempering to burn. 3. Give a Chatakdar and flavorful twist to the Traditional Kokum Sharbat with this Experimental recipe..! Ingredients :  Kokum Syrup - 4-5 Tsp 1 Small lemon piece 1 Tsp - Lemon Juice Pinch of salt Roasted Jeera (cumin) powder - 1/2 Tsp Black salt - 1/2 Tsp Powdered sugar - 1 Tsp Mint leaves - 4-5 Plain soda - 300 ml Ice Cubes (Optional) Method  : 1. In a Stainless steel glass add mint leaves, lemon piece, lemon juice, salt, Jeera powder, black salt and crush it gently with a pounder or a heavy round spoon. 2. Transfer this mixture to the Serving glass. Add Kokum syrup and sugar to it. 3. Serving Tip : Apply little lemon Juice on the Serving glass edges and dip it in salt. Serve with a slice of lemon. Note : You can increase the quantity of Kokum syrup and skip sugar. 4. Now slowly add Chilled Soda, some ice cubes and give it a gentle mix.  Note : In case you don’t want to use Soda you can replace it with Chilled water and serve as Masala Kokum Sharbat.  Give this recipe a Try !

Try this Amazing Lip Smacking recipe of Paneer Cheese Rolls and Enjoy :) Ingredients : Boiled Potatoes - 4 medium size Bread Crumbs - 3-4 Tsp/Adjust for Binding Green Chillies - 3-4 Garlic Pods - 3-4 Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp Salt - As per taste Jeera Powder - 2 Tsp Handful of Chopped Coriander leaves Handful of Chopped mint leaves Corn Flour - 4-5 Tsp Grated Paneer - 1/4 cup Grated Cheese - 2 cubes Oil for frying Method : 1. In a Mixer jar grind the Chillies and garlic together to a coarse paste. 2. In a mixing bowl mash the boiled potatoes. 3. Vada Pav which is referred to as Indian Burger is all our Mumbaikar's favorite Indian Street food. Here is a quick recipe of Lip Smacking Red Chutney which is served with our favorite Vada Pav...! Ingredients : Grated Dry Coconut - 1 cup Peanuts - 2-3 Tsp Sesame seeds - 2 Tsp Salt - 1 Tsp/As per taste Kanda lasoon masala - 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp/As per taste Garlic pods - 4-5 Method : 1. In a pan dry roast grated dry coconut on a low flame and roast till its golden and take it out in a plate. 2. Similarly dry roast sesame seeds and peanuts separately and transfer into a plate to cool down. Remove the peanuts rind. 3. In the same pan dry roast the Garlic pods . 4. Once all the ingredients are at room temperature transfer them to a mixer jar. Add Salt, Red Chilli powder and Kanda Lasoon masala to it. 5. Grind it to a coarse powder. Sharing a perfect and a no fail recipe of Khasta Mathris which will give you the perfect Halwai taste..You can enjoy these flavorful and Mouthwatering Mathris with a cup of Tea or Coffee.  Ingredients :  2 cups Maida ( Plain flour ) 2 Tsp fine Sooji 1 Tsp Ajwain (Carrom seeds) 2 Tsp Kasuri Methi 1 Tsp crushed Black pepper corns 1 Tsp crushed Jeera Salt - 1 Tsp/As per choice Refined oil - 1/3 cup Method : 1. In a large bowl take Maida, Sooji, ajwain, kasuri methi, crushed black pepper, jeera and salt and mix these dry ingredients well.  2. Add oil at room temperature in it and now mix the flour with the oil thoroughly. You can rub the flour in between your palms to mix the oil well.  3. Now start adding little by little water and knead a tight dough.  Note : Do not add a lot of water at a time. Gradually add it. 4. Shrikhand is one such recipe which can be had as dessert and also in main course.This festive season why not try this flavorful recipe at home with this simple recipe :)  Ingredients : Thick Curd (Dahi) - 2 cups Powdered Sugar - 1 cup/adjust as per taste 2-3 pinches of Kesar strands( Saffron) Cardamon powder - 1/2 Tsp Milk - 2-3 tsp Method : 1. Now tie the cloth with a knot tightly and place it on that strainer and keep the vessel in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.  2.
