Prawns Pulao

Try this Easy way to Cook Delicious Prawns Pulao with the Ingredients Readily Available at Home ! 

Ingredients :

Prawns - 250 Grams
Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Thinly Sliced Onions - 2 Medium Size
Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 1 Medium size
Handful of Chopped Coriander Leaves
Handful of Chopped Mint Leaves
Slit Green Chillies - 2-3
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 3 Tsp
Salt - As per Taste
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
Biryani Pulao Masala - 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper corns - 2-3
Bay Leaf (Tej Patta) - 1
Oil - 3-4 Tsp

Method :

1. Marinate the Prawns with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice, Coriander & Mint Leaves. Keep this aside for at least 10-15 minutes.
2. In a Pressure Cooker heat some Oil. Add a Bay leaf, Black pepper corns & Onions and Saute it till the Onions turn Brown.
3. Add Chopped tomatoes to it and let it cook.
4. Add the Marinated Prawns and Biryani Pulao Masala and saute everything well for 5 minutes. 
5. Wash the Rice. Add it to the Prawns Masala and mix well. Adjust Salt.
6. Add 2 Cups hot water, mix well and Cook it till 3 Whistles.

Serve Hot !
