Juicy Chicken Leg Grill

Mouth Watering Chicken Leg Grill in a easy and Healthy way Cooked with a Minimal amount of oil.


Ingredients :


Chicken Drumsticks - 5 
Thick Curd - 1/4 cup
Salt - As per taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Ginger-garlic Paste - 2 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 3-4 Tsp/Adjust according to taste
Tandoori Chicken Masala/Chicken Masala - 2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Oil - 5-6 Tsp
Lemon juice - 2 Tsp
Chat Masala - As per taste 
Butter (Optional)

Method :

1. Give Small cuts to Chicken Leg pieces with a sharp knife.
2. Prepare a Marinade with Curd, Salt, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, Tandoori Masala, Garam Masala, a table spoon of oil and lemon juice and check if you need to adjust salt/spices & then apply it to the Chicken. Let it stay in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3. Heat a Nonstick Grill Pan, add 2-3 tsp oil and place the Marinated Chicken on it.

4. Grill the Chicken on a very low flame for 5-6 minutes/till the Chicken has grilled well from both the sides.

Garnish Tip : Serve the Chicken with a dash of Lemon Juice and sprinkle some Chat Masala on it. Adding few drops of melted butter will enhance its taste and will take it to the next level. 
Serve it with Mint Chutney and Sliced onions with little bit salt on it.
