Malai Paneer Tikka

 Try this Super Delicious.. Moist & Flavorful Paneer Starter Recipe !!!

Ingredients

Malai Paneer - 200 Grams
Hung Curd - 1/2 Cup
Malai/Fresh Cream - 2 Tsp
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 2 
Salt - As per Taste
Besan - 1 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Oil - 3 Tsp
Pinch of Ajwain
Chopped Green Chilli - 1
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 Tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Wooden Skewers/Toothpick

Method :

1. Cut Paneer in Cubes and Sprinkle some Salt & Chilli Powder on it. Cut Tomatoes, Capsicum & Onions in Medium size pieces. 
2. Heat a Pan with 2 Tsp Oil. Add Besan, Green Chilli & Ajwain to it. Let it Saute for a Minute till the Besan turns fragrant.
3. Prepare a Marinade with Hung Curd, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Malai, Chilli Powder, Kasuri Methi & the Besan Mixture. Marinate the Chopped Vegetables in this.
4. Keep it aside for 30 Minutes.
5. Arrange the Vegetables as per your Choice in the Wooden Skewers and Grill these tikkas on the Non Stick Grill Pan from all the sides till they turn Golden. Sprinkle some Chat Masala. 
Note : No need to add oil on the Grill pan as we have used enough oil while preparing the Marinade.

Enjoy these flavorful Tikkas with Mint Coriander Chutney or any other sauce of your Choice.
