Crispy Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop is out favorite Starter dish that we order whenever we visit any Chinese Restaurant..Why not try this Delicious & Crispy dish at home with this Super easy Recipe !

Ingredients :

Chicken Lollipop Pieces - 8
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp
Salt - As per Taste
Chilli Powder - 4-5 Tsp
Plain Flour ( Maida ) - 1-4 Cup
Cornflour - 1/4 Cup
Black Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp
Soya Sauce - 2 Tsp

Method :

1. Prepare a Marinade with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce, little Salt, Pinch of Black Pepper Powder & Chilli Powder. Marinate the Lollipops well in this and let it rest in the fridge for 30 Minutes.
2. In a Bowl mix Plain flour, Cornflour with Salt & Chilli Powder and make a thick Paste with water.
Note : You can also add Red Food color as per Choice. 
3. Heat Oil in a Kadhai for frying. Coat the lollipops well in the prepared Mixture and fry them on a Medium Flame. Once they turn Golden, take them out. 
4. Now Double fry these Lollipops on High flame for few seconds for that Extra Crunchy touch. Take them out on a Kitchen Towel/Tissue Paper to remove the excess oil.

Serve these Crunchy & Delicious Lollipops with Schezwan Chutney.
