Craving for a Home made Chicken Biryani but you are out of Time ?? Here is a Simple yet Flavorful recipe of Kadhai Chicken Pulao which can be cooked quickly & tastes absolutely Delicious ! Ingredients :  Basmati Rice - 300 Grams Chicken cut into small pieces - 300 Grams Curd - 3 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Onions - 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 1 Medium Size Slit Green Chillies - 2-3 Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp Chilli Powder - 4 Tsp Garam Masala - 1 Tsp Suhana Biryani Masala - 2 Tsp Salt - As per Taste Handful of finely chopped Coriander Leaves Handful of finely chopped Mint Leaves Black Pepper - 2  Bay leaf - 1  Oil - 3-4 Tsp Method : 1. Sharing 2 Super Simple Recipes of Thechas which can be prepared using very few Ingredients in just a few Minutes. Do Try Them ! 1. Green Thecha (Without Onion) Ingredients : Green Chillies - 15 Garlic Pods - 10-12 Cloves Salt - 1 Tsp/As per Taste Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 Tsp Oil - 2-3 Tsp Method : 1. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in a Tawa. Fry the Green Chillies in it for 2-3 Minutes and Switch off the Gas Flame. Add Cumin Seeds, Garlic & Salt. Mix well.  2. Now Crush it with the help of a Grinding Stone.  Note : Keep the mixture coarse and do not use mixer to blend the Thecha.  2. Rich in Proteins...Extremely Nutritious Breakfast Recipe that is Super Simple & Tastes Amazing ! Moong Dosa  Ingredients : Whole Green Moong - 1 Cup Moong Dal - 1 Cup Rice - 1 Cup Ginger - 1 Inch Piece Green Chillies - 2-3 Cumin (Jeera) - 1 Tsp Some Coriander Leaves Salt - As per Taste Method : 1. Wash Moong Dal, Whole Moong & Rice thoroughly. Soak them in water for 6-7 Hours/Overnight. 2. Transfer the Soaked Mixture into a Mixer Jar. Add Chopped Green Chillies, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Cumin Seeds, some Salt & blend it to a Smooth Paste. 3. Take it out in a Bowl & add some water to it till it reaches the Dosa Batter Consistency. 4. Heat a Non Stick Dosa Pan. Add 2 drops of oil and wipe it off with a Tissue Paper. Now Spread the Dosa, add few drops of Oil/Ghee to the sides and let the Dosa Cook. Take it out once it is done. Spicy & Crispy Fried Chicken Tossed in Flavorful Chinese Sauces...Amazing Chinese Starter Recipe in a Simple way...Do Try this Delicious Recipe !  Ingredients : Boneless Chicken - 500 Grams Salt - As per Taste Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp (You can also use Chilli Sauce) Soya Sauce - 3 Tsp Schezwan Sauce/Chutney - 4 Tsp Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp Egg - 1 Corn flour - 2 Tsp Plain Flour (Maida) - 2 Tsp Rice Flour - 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chillies - 1 Tsp Oil for Frying  Method : 1. Cut the Chicken into Strips. 2. Creamy & Delicious...Dessert that Just Melts in our Mouth...Super Simple Recipe with Minimum Ingredients !  Ingredients : Full Cream Milk- 1 Litre Basmati Rice - 1/4 Cup Sugar - 1 Cup/Adjust as per Taste Fresh/Canned Mango Pulp - 1/4 Cup Cardamon Powder - 1 Tsp Saffron (Kesar) - 1/2 Tsp Chopped Dry Fruits (Optional) Method : 1. Soak the Saffron in 4 Tsp Warm Milk. 2. Wash & Soak the Basmati Rice for 30 Minutes. Grind it Coarsely in a Mixer Jar. 3. Boil Milk in a Wide Pan. Once the Milk starts boiling, add the Coarse Rice Paste to it. Keep Stirring. Let the Rice Cook. This will take about 20-30 Minutes.  Note : Do not allow the Rice to Stick to the Bottom.  4. Once the Rice is Cooked well & the Mixture Thickens, add Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Saffron Milk & let it Simmer on a low flame for about 10 Minutes. Extremely Delicious...Quick & a Healthy Dessert Recipe ! Patole is a Steamed Sweet dish made out of Rice, Stuffed with absolutely Divine combination of Coconut & Jaggery ! Ingredients : Rice flour - 1 Cup Salt - 1-2 tsp/As per Taste Scraped Coconut - 1 Cup Jaggery - 1/2 Cup (Quantity can be Increased as per Taste) Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp Chopped Dry Fruits of your Choice - 2 Tsp Ghee - 2 Tsp Washed Banana Leaves Cut into Rectangular Pieces Method : 1. Heat 1 Tsp Ghee in a Pan. Add Jaggery & Coconut, Keep stirring. Cook till the Jaggery melts & is cooked well with the Coconut. This will take around 5-10 Minutes. Add Chopped Dry Fruits, Cardamom Powder & Switch off the Flame. Let it come to Room Temperature.  2. In a Mixing Bowl, prepare a Thick paste using Rice Flour, some Salt & Water.
