Restaurant Style Butter Chicken

Juicy Tandoori Chicken Coated with a Creamy..Silky..Smooth..Buttery..Delicious Red Gravy...A Recipe with all the Tricks & Tips that will give your Home Cooked Butter Chicken a Restaurant Touch ! 

Ingredients :

Chicken Cut into Medium Pieces - 500 Grams
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2-3 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Salt - As per Taste
Kitchen King Masala - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 5-6 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
Curd - 2 Tsp
Onion - 1 Medium Size
Tomatoes - 3 Medium Size
Piece of Charcoal/Coconut Shell
Oil 
Salted Butter - 4-5 Tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 Tsp
Fresh Cream - 5 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tsp
Cashews Soaked in Water for 20 Minutes - 10-12 
Chopped Coriander Leaves for Garnish

Method :

1. Prepare a Marinate with 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Lemon Juice, Red Chilli Powder, Curd & Coat the Chicken Pieces well in the Prepared Masala. 
2. Marinate the Chicken for about 30 Minutes. 
3. In a Non Stick pan heat some Oil and shallow fry the Chicken pieces on low flame till they turn Golden brown and are cooked well from both the sides. 
4. Heat a Charcoal/Coconut shell on the Gas flame. Keep it in the middle of the Pan in a bowl and add few drops of Butter on it and Immediately close the Pan with a lid. Let this rest for about 15 Minutes. 
Note : You can Skip this Step but it gives a Tandoor Effect which gives this Butter Chicken a perfect Restaurant Touch.
5. Heat 1 Tsp Oil in a Pan. Add Onions, 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste saute for a minute, add the Tomatoes & Cashews. Cover & cook for 10 minutes till the tomatoes are cooked well. Blend it to a fine paste once it comes to Room Temperature. 
6. Heat Butter in a Pan. Add 4-5 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, little Turmeric Powder and add the prepared Tomato Paste. Saute well. Now add Coriander Powder, Salt and mix well. Cover & Cook the gravy for 5-10 Minutes.
7. Now add Tomato Ketchup, Garam Masala Powder, Kitchen King Masala, Prepared Chicken Tikka, Kasuri Methi and Combine everything well. Cover & Cook for few Minutes & Finely add Fresh Cream, give a quick mix.

Garnish with Chopped Coriander Leaves & some Fresh Cream. Serve the Butter Chicken with Butter Naan/Tandoori Roti/Ghee Roti. Do Try this Delicious Recipe !
