  Crispy from Outside..Moist from Inside...Try this Yummy Recipe in Just 4 Steps !  Ingredients :  Surmai Fish (King fish) - 4 Pieces Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp Salt - 1 tsp/As Per Taste Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)  Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp Rava (Sooji) - 2 Tsp  Rice Flour - 2 Tsp Oil for Frying Method : 1. Clean & wash the Fish Pieces and Pat dry them with a Tissue.  2. Prepare a Marinade with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Hing, Lemon Juice and little Water to make a Thick Paste. Check for Salt & Spices and Marinate the fish. 3. Mix Rava & Rice Flour with Pinch of Salt & Chilli Powder and Coat the Fish pieces well with this.  Note - You can Preserve these Marinated fish pieces in the Freezer in a Air Tight Container for at least 15-20 days.  4.   Perfect Recipe for a Delicious..Moist...Spongy & Bakery Style Yummy Rava Cake ! Ingredients : Fine Rava (Sooji) - 1 Cup (If the Rava is not fine, grind it in a Mixer Jar) Maida - 1 Cup Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup Curd (Dahi) - 1 Cup Ghee - 1/2 Cup (Refined Oil can be used instead of Ghee) Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Regular Eno - 1 Packet  Note : Use Measuring Cups for Measuring the Ingredients  Method : 1. In a Mixing Bowl mix Curd till it is Smooth with the help of a Whisk.  2. Gradually add in the Powdered Sugar. 3. Add Ghee in it and mix well till all the 3 Ingredients are Combined well. 4. Add Rava & Maida in Small portions and Mix well. 5. Now add Milk while mixing the batter till it is thick. Cover & Keep it aside to rest for 30 minutes. 6. Ingredients :   Medium Size Chicken Pieces - 500 Grams Basmati Rice - 1 Cup (250 Grams) Thinly Sliced Onions - 2 Medium Size Handful of Coriander Leaves Handful of Mint Leaves Green Chillies - 6-7 Ginger - 3 Inch Piece Garlic Pods - 6-7 Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp Curd - 2 Tsp Salt - As per Taste Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsp Biryani Pulao Masala - 2 Tsp Khada Garam Masala  Pinch of Turmeric Powder Bay Leaf - 2  Oil - 3-4 Tsp Method : 1. Ingredients :   1 Medium Size Banana/2 Small Size Bananas Plain Flour (Maida) - 1 Cup Wheat Flour - 1 Cup Refined Oil/Ghee/Butter - 1/2 Cup Milk at room temperature. 3-4 Drops of Vanilla Essence  Sugar - 1 Cup Regular Eno - 1 Sachet 6-8 Inch Cake Tin/Round Aluminium Vessel Method : 1. Blend the Bananas & Sugar in a Mixer Jar to a Smooth Paste. Take it out in a Mixing Bowl. 2. Add Oil in it and Mix well till it is well Combined.  3. Now start adding the Plain flour & Wheat flour gradually.  4. Add Vanilla Essence. Gradually add Milk while checking the Consistency of the Cake Batter. Eggless version of Caramel Custard...Try this Delicious Dessert with just a few Ingredients !  Ingredients : Bread Slices - 5 Milk - 1/2 Litre Sugar -  1. 4-5 Tsp for Caramel  2. 1/2 Cup for Pudding Custard Powder - 5 Tsp 6-8 Inch Tin/Wide Bowl Method : 1. Heat a Pan and add Sugar to it. Keep Stirring on low flame till the Sugar melts. Keep mixing until the color changes to Golden Brown and take it out in a Bowl/Tin. Note : Do not allow it to burn as it will give a Bitter taste. 2. Remove the edges of the Bread slices and cut into small pieces. Grind it in a Mixer to a fine powder. (Do not use the edges) 3. Ingredients : Chicken Lollipop Pieces - 8 Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp Salt - As per Taste Chilli Powder - 4-5 Tsp Plain Flour ( Maida ) - 1-4 Cup Cornflour - 1/4 Cup Black Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp Soya Sauce - 2 Tsp Method : 1. Prepare a Marinade with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce, little Salt, Pinch of Black Pepper Powder & Chilli Powder.
