Crispy Surmai Rava Fry

 Crispy from Outside..Moist from Inside...Try this Yummy Recipe in Just 4 Steps ! 

Ingredients

Surmai Fish (King fish) - 4 Pieces
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 tsp/As Per Taste
Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida) 
Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp
Rava (Sooji) - 2 Tsp 
Rice Flour - 2 Tsp
Oil for Frying

Method :

1. Clean & wash the Fish Pieces and Pat dry them with a Tissue. 
2. Prepare a Marinade with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Hing, Lemon Juice and little Water to make a Thick Paste. Check for Salt & Spices and Marinate the fish.
3. Mix Rava & Rice Flour with Pinch of Salt & Chilli Powder and Coat the Fish pieces well with this. 
Note - You can Preserve these Marinated fish pieces in the Freezer in a Air Tight Container for at least 15-20 days. 
4. Heat Oil in a Frying Pan & Shallow fry the Fish pieces on Low flame till they turn Crispy & done from both the sides.


Enjoy this Fish fry as a Starter. Also, it tastes Awesome with Plain Dal Rice..Do give this Recipe a Try !
